For all support out-reach, we recommend you have your Otter tablet readily available with the Otter app and log-in information (your username and password can be found in the box the tablet came in), connected to wifi, your Business Manager login, and your printer (if applicable).
Option 1: Chat Support
Chat support is becoming increasingly popular among companies as a means to provide instant solutions to inquiries and the ability to troubleshoot in real-time. Within your Otter tablet, at the bottom right, there’s a little chat feature icon you can use to reach our support team. You will be automatically connected to our dedicated support team which will provide timely and accurate responses. This is one of the fastest ways to connect with our dedicated support specialists and is available 24/7.
Option 2: Phone Support
Phone support is another way you can reach out to our support specialists. Again, you can reach out 24/7 by calling 1-70-HEY-OTTER. Our support specialists will be able to assist you in real time. If you are too busy to wait for an agent, you can request a callback and someone from our dedicated support team will reach out to you.
Option 3: Email Support
Last but not least, email support is another great way to reach our support team. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to get back to you in a few hours, so if you need immediate support, please try the chat or phone support options first. We have a dedicated team who manages email support and responds to customer queries as promptly as possible. As you reach out to us via email support, it will be logged as a Support ticket and a member of our team will be in touch with you.
