For the last two weeks of the month, our marketing pros run and monitor aggressive promotions on the delivery apps to get your virtual brands more visibility and more orders.
For each OrderBoost promotion redeemed, your store invests $3 per order. Future Foods matches (and sometimes doubles!) this promotional investment on our end. We also fully pay for "Sponsored Listings" promotions at no cost to you! When the campaign is complete, you’ll get a performance recap to your email and your total investment will be deducted from your weekly payout. No additional payment info needed!

Future Foods sent you an email inviting you to join OrderBoost. Selecting “Sign up now” in the email automatically enrolls you for the program.
Future Foods will send an SMS message allowing you to sign up for OrderBoost by responding to the text message.
Someone from our customer success team will be reaching out. You can opt in to OrderBoost by confirming with them.

The results of the 2-week OrderBoost campaign will be emailed to you the following month. You'll be able to see metrics like the investment amount by Future Foods, your total payout in comparison to a non-OrderBoost payout, the amount of orders you generated and more!
OrderBoost promotions are currently a mix of DoorDash, Grubhub and UberEats promotions custom tailored to generate the best performance for your restaurant in your location.
During the 2-week OrderBoost period, FutureFoods will deduct $3 per OrderBoost order. You will still receive your payout on the same schedule of your regular payouts. This will be shown in the “Miscellaneous” section in the Payment tab of your Otter dashboard portal.

If you are eligible for this month's OrderBoost, you will have received an opt-in email and/or opt in text! You may have also been reached out to by your account rep! You have the option to opt in indefinitely.
If you would like to cancel your indefinite opt in, please reach out to your account rep or scaledsuccess@futurefoods.io. Otherwise, you are opted in just for that months 2-week OrderBoost promotion period. Keep in mind, you are not able to opt out in the middle of the 2-week OrderBoost promotion.
Each month your virtual brands meet the requirements below, your location will be eligible for OrderBoost
- Less than 5% cancellation rate
- More than 100 orders
- More than 3.6 average ratings
Keep cooking great food! Make sure you are fulfilling orders accurately and to the best of your ability.
